Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you are not pleased with your order, please contact our Customer Service Department at info@tartanandclan.com for a Return Authorization Number. Please understand that we cannot accept any returns without this number. We reserve the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee for non-faulty goods being returned.
Custom Made Items:
Custom made items are not returnable and will require a 50% deposit at the time of placing the order.
