Return Policy
If you are not pleased with your order, please contact our Customer Service Department at info@tartanandclan.com or call 1-855-6Tartan (682-7826) during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 9:30-4:30 EST. for a Return Authorization Number. Please understand that we cannot accept any returns without this number. We reserve the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee for non-faulty goods being returned.
Custom made items are not returnable and will require a 50% deposit at the time of placing the order.
Shipping Policy
We ship only to the United States. Our shipping rates are outlined in the table below. We reserve the right to make additional charges for custom items shipped separately from the main order. Shipping Rates subject to change without prior notice.
